Once again needing to find a new lease horse. Where are you #6 since 2009? That’s the issue with not owning your own horse… You have no control over any situation. Whether it be the horse selling, retiring, moving etc all the sudden you find yourself horseless once again. This can be good and bad. It forces you to ride other horses therefore improving your riding but it also does not allow you to move up as beggars can’t be choosers, you don’t have much of a choice in the abilities of your new horse, ex: I have been doing 3’ since 2011. Unfortunately buying a horse is not an option as I can not afford it, not can I move barns. Ahhh sorry for my rant I am just very frustrated with my situation as I have never had a lease longer than a year and a half. Every time I get close to a horse it gets taken away :(
